Acesta este un caz dificil si complex, cu probleme parodontale majore, infectii, tratamente incorecte, lucrari inestetice. Au fost necesare 19 extractii, 4 tratamente de canal si reconstituirea celor 4 dinti restanti cu ajutorul pivotilor de fibra de sticla. Am inserat 14 implanturi si am realizat 25 coroane ceramice.

A difficult case, with major periodontal problems, infections and old crowns. We performed 19 extractions, 4 root canal treatments and fiber post reconstructions. We also inserted 14 implants and realized 25 ceramic crowns.

Lucrarile realizate de technician – 25 coroane ceramice, din care 12 pe baza de zirconiu si 6 bonturi de zirconiu pe zona frontala pentru o estetica imbunatatita.

The ceramic work was the topping on the cake. - 25 ceramic crowns, 12 being on zirconium frame for the front teeth for better aesthetics. Also 6 zirconium abutments were used for better integration.

Faza chirurgicala – doua interventii ce au insumat peste 10 ore de munca. 19 extractii si 14 implanturi.

Surgery stage was performed in two steps adding over 10 hours. 19 extractions and 14 implants.

Boala parodontala a dus la pierderea dintilor, dar in final lucarile pe implanturi s-au realizat pe o stare de sanatate deplina.

The periodontal problems lead to losing a lot of teeth but in the end the final crowns on dental implant are based on healthy tissue.

A durat mai mult de 6 luni si s-au realizat peste 20 de etape ale tratamentului. Finalul este pe masura asteptarilor si multumim pacientei pentru colaborarea excelenta si rabdarea de care a dat dovada!

Well… the total treatment took over six months to be completed and we counted over 20 stages of treatment. We would like to thank the patient for the exceptional communication and for all the time and effort she invested.
